Why am I like most dads (or at least my dad)? Because one of my main goals in life is to make life easier for you than it was for me.
This might not make sense to you for a long time (if ever) but one of the most stressful aspects of adult life is having to make “ends meet” (in other words, having enough money to feel financially secure and not worry about money ever again). I’ve been working for years to get to the point where your mother and I can reach that financial plateau, but I’m not quite there yet.
If I can have my way, you’ll never spend a day of your life focusing on something as trivial as money.
